On Site Support

Here at CRI we realise that its sometimes not possible or feasible to remove a valve and send it in for overhaul due to time constraints or logistics. Thats why we offer Onsite and Field Support to the customers site. To compliment our in house service department, we have three fully fitted service vans providing an on site service. Whether you have a breakdown, or a planned outage, we can deliver the same high standard that CRI adhere to.

Site Surveys

One of the services we provide are Site Surveys – these surveys can be used to provide not only critical information about the valves on site but also the condition of the valves and its auxiliaries.
This information can be used to create preventative maintenace programmes and schedules to help maintain the critical uptime the customer and plant requires.

Valvelink Software

CRI have the capabilites to perform Diagnostics on Fisher DVC Positioners.
Fisher FIELDVUE ValveLink software allows us to monitor control valve health and performance online to improve reliability by spotting problems before they affect your process. This software is used for configuration, calibration, and diagnostics of FIELDVUE instrumentation
