Service Types
Standard Refurbishment
For Relief valves that require a full overhaul including stripping down cleaning internal and external parts – then they require our Standard Refurbishment. Below is a step by step guide as to the process undertaken:
- Pre-test
- Dis-assemble
- Inspection
- Internal & external cleaning
- Disc & seat lapping (when applicable)
- Assemble
- Test & reset
- Re-certify
- Seal & tag
Test and Certify
For Relief Valves that just require a Test and Certify or a Re-Certify but don’t require any cleaning – then we offer our Test and Certify service. Below is a step by step guide as to the process undertaken:
- Test & reset (if valve requires resetting)
- Re-certify
- Seal & tag
